Our Strata makes property management suck less
Face it - managing strata property sucks. The benefits can be nice but actually managing things can be a real chore. That's why I made Our Strata - to make renting, owning or managing a properly less of a hassle.
What does it do?
Our Strata is a collaboration tool for strata communities that makes running a body corporate or owners corporation simpler, transparent and more effective.
It helps you keep track of what has been done, what is being done and what needs to be done in your apartment complex by providing everyone in your complex with a single point of contact, notifying those who need to know about things, and keeping a record of everything for future reference.
How does it work?
Its easy. Just signup, choose a name for your complex and invite other residents & owners to join you.
When you want something to get done, just email your_complex_name@ourstrata.com.au and the people who should get told, get told.
When you want to know what's happening, just log into ourstrata.com.au/your_complex_name to find out.
